Monday night: no side, no total — and a prop board the injury report wrote
Atlanta (1–2) at New Orleans (1–2), 8:15 PM ET in the Superdome. The side has moved two and a half points and is spent; the total has two books pulling in opposite directions. Both are stay-aways, printed below with the reasons. The props are the card, and the reason is structural: Atlanta is 1st in the league against the run and 30th against the pass, the Saints just put their lead back on injured reserve, and Atlanta's best corner is on injured reserve too. Two props publish here at standard prices — Olave Over 84.5 receiving yards (−111) and Juwan Johnson Over 44.5 (−113). The floors and the volume legs — twenty overs across both teams — are on the companion card, Get SYNKD on Monday Night.
How to read the money. "The public book" is a major U.S. book; "the market-maker" is the Vegas market-making book; "our data platform" is the platform whose Match Details, panels and prices drive every tile. Opponent ranks are three-game 2026 numbers and score a point at most. Every published price is the platform's price at capture (captured Mon Oct 5, 4:01–4:14 PM ET) and a published leg grades at that price.

⚡ THE JUICE. Start with who is not playing. New Orleans: Travis Etienne went on injured reserve Thursday (hamstring) — he had 30 of the Saints' 80 carries and 13 targets, and Alvin Kamara and Kendre Miller inherit a backfield that now faces the league's best run defense (47.7 rushing yards allowed a game). Left tackle Kelvin Banks is on IR and Nick Saldiveri is out; receivers Mason Tipton (out) and Jordyn Tyson (IR) thin the room behind Olave and Vele; tight end Noah Fant is Questionable. On defense the Saints are without linebackers Kaden Elliss and Anfernee Jennings and end Carl Granderson, with Pete Werner Questionable — three or four front-seven starters against an offense that is 2nd in the league in rushing (173 a game) and runs on 55% of its plays. Atlanta: corner A.J. Terrell is on IR, edge rushers Jalon Walker (IR) and DeAngelo Malone (out) are missing, and three more defenders are Questionable. Michael Penix Jr. makes his second start after Cooper Rush played the first two games; the Falcons have had eleven days since beating Green Bay on a Thursday. The matchup in two lines: the Saints cannot run on Atlanta and do not try to — 64% pass, 37.6 attempts a game, 281 passing yards — into a defense that is 30th against the pass, 31st in receptions allowed and 32nd in targets faced. The Falcons are 28th in scoring and 29th in passing, lead the league in giveaways (2.7 a game), and get a run defense ranked 26th with its linebackers out.
💸 THE CROWD VS THE CASH. The public book: Saints 53% of the spread money on 60% of tickets; Over 93% of the money on 75% of tickets; moneyline Saints 52% $ / 57% tix. The market-maker: Falcons 75% of the spread money on 56% of tickets (+19, SHARP Atlanta); Under 65% of the money on 41% of tickets (+24); moneyline Falcons 79% $ on 42% of tickets. Our data platform (Match Details): spread 60% of bets and 53% of money on the Saints; total 75% of bets and 93% of money on the Over. Tracker: the market-maker opened Falcons +3.5 and is +1 now; five Nevada books are +1.5 and one is +2. The total opened 46 and is 48. Three rating systems (home line): −1.9 / −4.3 / −2.2 against a market of −1.5 — all three lean New Orleans; projected totals 47.0 and 45.2 against 47.5. Systems and trends: against the Saints — 27–48 ATS at home since 2017, 4–14–1 ATS on Monday night, divisional home teams on Monday night 13–21–1; for Atlanta — Monday-night road teams off a 20-point win 10–6; against Atlanta — Stefanski 7–21 ATS off an outright win. Under: New Orleans 17–1 Under with extra rest; Atlanta 17–5 Under in primetime. The network's expert room: Falcons 6 (three at +3, three on the moneyline), Saints 2; Over 2, Under 0.
🎯 STAY AWAY on the side. The sharp money came in on Atlanta and it is gone: +3.5 to +1 is two and a half points through the 3, and the experts who like the Falcons took +3. At the current number all three ratings lean the Saints by a half-point to three. Money spent on one side, models on the other — printed, not published. STAY AWAY on the total. The market-maker's dollars and both models lean Under, three Under trends qualify — and the number has moved UP two points with 93% of the public book's money on the Over. Yesterday's two Unders were built exactly this way and lost by 9.5 and 10.5; the rule that came out of it is that a total does not publish against a number moving the other way. Printed, not published: Under 48. The plays are the two Saints pass-catchers below and the floors on the SYNKD card.

The main number is priced right: median 257 against 261.5, and the line has already been bid up twelve yards from 249.5. This season he has thrown for 410, 252 and 255 on 56, 34 and 42 attempts; he threw for 243 and 259 in two games against Atlanta last year. The edge here is volume, not this number — Atlanta is 1st against the run (47.7 yards a game) and 30th against the pass, Etienne is on injured reserve, and the Saints throw on 64% of their plays. The lower alternate lines and the attempts are on the SYNKD card.

182, 86 and 107 in three games on 36 targets — 29% of everything Shough throws and 46% of the air yards. Over in seven of the last ten and six straight above 79.5. Atlanta is 27th against receiving yards, 31st in receptions allowed and 32nd in targets faced, and its best corner, A.J. Terrell, is on injured reserve — the tool has Olave on C.J. Henderson. With Etienne out, Tipton out and Tyson on IR, there are fewer places for the ball to go. The argument against: 38% in 2025, 70 yards on nine catches against this defense last November, and a line that has already moved up four.

Travis Etienne went on injured reserve Thursday and took 30 carries and 13 targets with him, so Kamara is the lead back again — against the best run defense in the league (47.7 yards a game). He has 15 and 36 in his two games and 11 against Atlanta last November. The over is a Conflicts tile; the under is a bet against a player whose workload just went up. Neither is a play on yards. His carries and catches are the SYNKD legs.

29 and 51 with Cooper Rush, then 194 on nine catches with Penix back. The market repriced him fourteen yards on that one game. The matchup is the best on Atlanta's side (WR/CB +0.24 vs Quincy Riley) and the share is real — but a line that ran 14 on a single game is neither an over nor an under we want.
